BOOM! Pro Wrestling is sad to report on the passing of our friend and beloved roster member, Big Cat Scott Henson.


Big Cat was scheduled to appear next on Friday June 28th as part of the Hot Tag Tournament. Our first instinct was to cancel the show, but after speaking with those close to Scott, we believe that he would have wanted us to continue.  Scott loved making people laugh and he loved wrestling. Our goal on June 28th is to make you laugh and make you love wrestling. Just like Scott would have wanted. 


All profits from the show will go directly to Scott’s family to help cover costs associated with his Celebration of Life.  


To honour Scott, we are going to reduce the tag tournament down to four teams: The Brother Boys, Moral Panic, The Entourage and Shaolin Funk & his mystery partner.  The rest of the night will be filled with fun, eye-popping matches in Scott’s honour.  Things might get a little emotional, but expect the same BOOM! energy you know and love. We are excited about the opportunity to memorialize our friend, and hope you’re just as excited to join us for a very special evening.

Use of Likeness: You consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation or further approval.

FAQ

Q: What's the refund policy?

A: No refunds sorry! Although, it can never hurt to ask...

Q: I missed the previous shows, how can I catch up on all the stories?

A: Check out our Youtube Channel for recap videos of all our events!

Q: Is this appropriate for kids?

A: We use the movie "The Goonies" as our content barometer. If you're comfortable with your kids watching that, you'll be comfortable with this. No sex, no extreme violence, but some serious thrills and a wrestler might let out a bad word or two by accident. 

Keep in mind that this is LIVE, so a much more viseral experience than a movie. 

Q: Are there really $4 beers?

A: Yes. Heads up that the bar is cash only! There is an ATM in the legion, but it's one of those ATMs. Save yourself time and money by coming prepared!

Q: Is it reserved seating?

A: Nope! First come, first serve. We have seats for 140 and then standing room for the remainder. BOOM! fans are a cool group of people and so folks who might need a seat for medical/accessibility/small child reason shouldn't have trouble finding a generous pal willing to give up their chair.
